Rick leads Zen’s strategic direction and supports business development, technology, and long-term service innovation. His background in finance and technology helps connect client needs with scalable operating solutions.
Bianca leads Zen’s operations, organizational development, and client delivery across virtual assistance, accounting, payroll, and shared services. As a Certified Public Accountant with a background in audit, finance, and business operations, she provides the structure and leadership needed to strengthen service quality, develop high-performing teams, and support Zen’s sustainable growth.
Jenifer leads Zen’s human resources function and supports the employee experience across recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, engagement, and employee relations. She works closely with leaders and team members to strengthen communication, workforce stability, and a professional, supportive workplace.
Virtual Assistant Managers
Andrea leads Zen’s executive and administrative virtual assistant services. She supports team assignments, client coordination, and service delivery for professionals handling executive assistance, general administration, customer support, and other core business functions. Her leadership helps ensure that each team is organized around the client’s workflows, communication needs, and day-to-day priorities.
Joanne leads Zen’s specialized virtual assistant services, including support for property management companies, dental practices, and other industry-specific engagements. She works closely with clients and team members to align assignments, workflows, and performance expectations with the operational requirements of each industry.
