Co-Founder and President
Bianca leads Zen’s operations, organizational development, and client delivery across virtual assistance, accounting, payroll, and shared services. As a Certified Public Accountant with a background in audit, finance, and business operations, she provides the structure and leadership needed to strengthen service quality, develop high-performing teams, and support Zen’s sustainable growth.
Jenifer Manahan

Jenifer leads Zen’s human resources function and supports the employee experience across recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, engagement, and employee relations. She works closely with leaders and team members to strengthen communication, workforce stability, and a professional, supportive workplace.

She supports team assignments, client coordination, and service delivery for professionals handling executive assistance, general administration, customer support, and other core business functions.
